Konkrete Jungle is the longest running Drum & Bass weekly in the world and has been the proving grounds for Junglists of every disclipline. It all began in 1994 in New York with a junglist named Mac who felt a need to cater to those interested in the burgeoning sound that is know today as Jungle / Drum & Bass. As his time with the legendary Giant Step’s acid jazz massive’s began to wind down, Cassien of Legend approached him with the idea of starting up a weekly event dedicated to Drum & Bass.
